Christmas Creations

I finally have time to get my projects from Christmas posted.  First of all, I made all the kids in our family the glitter ornaments.
I added snowflakes to one side with gems that matched the color of the ornaments and then used Songbird as the font, welding it with the Gypsy. The font was cut at one inch.  I originally wanted to make glitter ornaments for all of my family members but Hobby Lobby didnt have enough in stock for me to get them all.  For the adults in my family, I made ornaments with a snowman in the middle, glued to acetate and inserted into the glass ornament.

I used the snowman from Smiley Cards and used my Gypsy to hide the facial features.  The face was stamped with Peachy Keen stamps (PK-493 Everyday Character Face Parts).  I put Glossy Accents on the hat, buttons, and eyes of the snowman.

Next, I made two colors of Tealight cards.  I found the instructions on You Tube and a couple of blogs and I loved how these cards looked so I made them for our Christmas cards this year.  The mittens are from Jolly Holidays and they layer so easy and are so cute! The sentiment I think is a Penny Black design and I completed the card with the Martha Stewart Doily Lace border punch.

I needed money holders so I chose to cut four crayon boxes from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More.  These were cut at 7 inches.  I added the reindeer from Jolly Holidays.  I also used red Stickles to the nose so that he would look like Rudolph!  The gold stars and writing on the boxes were done using the gold Signo pen.  I love Signo pens!  They are awesome!
