Hi all...I will be forming a team to walk in the Great Strides event in Ft Wayne on May 15th. Our team is named Christie's Crew in memory of my son's fiance who passed away December 30th after her life long fight against this disease. Christie was only 24 years old. May 15th was to be Cory and Christie's wedding date. I wanted to find a way to commemorate the day and to help other families from losing someone they love to this illness. Members of the team so far are Chrisie's dad Chris, her step-mom Selena, my husband Jay, my niece Christy, my sister in law Cindy, and her best friend Katie. We will be looking for donations and sponsors for our walk if anyone would like to contribute.
