My Cricut Craft Room's Would you Ever Guess Wednesday
Would You Ever Guess Wednesday is the day that our design team members choose a cartridge and then only use the function keys instead of the normal cut for that key. It also means using a Cake cartridge to make anything but a cake. Today, I used my Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake cartridge to make this Valentine's Day card for my husband. I welded two squares together from the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge to form my card base. I used two 5" x 5" squares. I cut the printed heart paper at 4.75" x 4.75" and then cut the heart from the Cake function button on Page 36 of the MS Seasonal Cake Art cartridge. I also cut the solid shape to put behind it. They were both cut at 4 inches and pop dotted to add dimension. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and also pop dotted it on the card.
Hope you liked my card today. To see more amazing projects by other design team members, please visit My Cricut Craftroom to see them!
